We are in search of a seasoned Adult Psychiatrist to take on the role of Medical Director for a facility comprising 50 beds across 2 units (Adult | Geriatrics). This position will also involve clinical supervision of 2-3 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs). The expected patient volume is around 30 individuals on average, supported by an exceptional team. The Psychiatrist will collaborate with the other Nurse Practitioners, dedicating approximately 2 hours daily for rounding.

Position Requirements:
  1. Board Certified Psychiatrist with expertise in treating adult and geriatric populations.
  2. Adaptable schedule for patient rounding.
Compensation Package:
  1. $5,000 monthly | $60,000 annually for Medical Director stipend.
  2. $1,000 monthly for Provider Oversight (currently $3,000 monthly or $36,000 annually).
  3. All billings for patient consultations will be returned to the Psychiatrist.
  4. Comprehensive Malpractice Coverage with Tail.
  5. Complete Benefits Package.
