We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee our team at two apartment communities.


Position Overview:


As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will oversee the overall condition and upkeep of the property while guiding the maintenance team.


Key Responsibilities:
• Train, guide, inspire, and support site maintenance staff and other assigned personnel
• Monitor the property for any necessary repairs or replacements
• Complete maintenance requests for shared areas and residential units
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Evaluate and repair appliances as required
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new occupants
• Participate in occasional on-call duties
• Ensure a safe working environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred 5 years of prior maintenance experience
• Advanced expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
• HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred
• CPO certification is a plus
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be necessary
