Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Resonetics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of laser operators and ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their capabilities and the needs of the team.
    • Motivate and encourage team members to work together to achieve common goals.
  • Quality and Efficiency
    • Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production rates, quality metrics, and team performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with team goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that production needs are met and that all stakeholders are satisfied.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities, including production schedules, quality metrics, and team performance.
    • Prepare and submit reports to supervisors and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with laser operations and quality control.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
