Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within three years of employment.
  • Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within five years of employment.
  • Possess clinical expertise and analytical skills necessary for developing effective nursing care strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform a diverse range of professional nursing tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Licensure and Certifications:
  • Current licensure from the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Professional certifications that promote a culture of nursing excellence.
