3. Effectively manage your pharmacy practice and ensure compliance with established protocols.
4. Supervise and guide healthcare team members in their roles.
5. Prepare and process sterile products for distribution.
6. Contribute to departmental objectives and performance metrics.
7. Provide comprehensive drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients.
8. Actively participate in interdepartmental committees to foster collaboration and improve services.
9. Enhance safety and efficiency through the strategic use of automation technologies.
10. Achieve assigned performance goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
Experience:
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
Licensure:
- Minimum: Valid Pharmacist license for the appropriate state.
Skills:
- Preferred: Proficiency in advanced computer order entry, Microsoft Office applications, and clinical experience. Strong cognitive skills to interpret and understand medication orders and reference materials.
- Minimum: Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Training:
- Preferred: BLS and/or ACLS certification, along with advanced post-graduate training or equivalent clinical experience.
