We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team at Peapod Digital Labs. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving and leading the management of finance data and reporting, making well-thought-out decisions on complex data reporting issues and working cross-functionally with all areas of the business and IT to fulfill their reporting-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Reporting & Analytics team and Governance team to develop and implement financial reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Brands, Finance & Non-Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Lead the implementation of financial reporting systems and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Provide training and education to team members, business partners, and end-users on financial reporting and data management.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with a focus on financial reporting and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SAP S/4, SAP BPC, and Jira.
- Strong understanding of accounting terminology and processes, financial reporting, and retail business operations.
