At Ahold Delhaize, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Systems Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in evaluating, recommending, and implementing WMS options and integrated WMS systems and processes across Ahold Delhaize America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend cross-functional WMS solutions that align Ahold Delhaize America Supply Chain strategy with individual business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS systems and processes.
  • Analyze and improve Logistics processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to guide, provide expertise, and recommend solutions that highlight cost and other holistic impacts and trade-offs to the Ahold Delhaize America Supply Chain.
  • Provide analytical expertise and guidance for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
  • Provide system support across the Logistics Systems team for TMS and yard management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance, supply chain or related field - or 5 years industry experience in supply chain, distribution operations, inventory management, sourcing, business analytics and/or logistics or analytical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform data from multiple sources into actionable business intelligence.
  • Collaboration experience with vendors, transportation providers, and third-party vendors.
  • Six Sigma, APICS, CPM, or other analytical or supply chain oriented certification/training.
  • Organizational change management experience and understanding of the value of business process change relating to people, process and policies.
  • Experience with the following computer programs: SEGA, BICEPS, DSS, LlamaSoft, WMS, PFT, Inforem, Tableau, Revionics, MSP, PowerBI, Automation.
  • Experience with transportation management systems (Manhattan TLM, NCR YMS).
