Position Overview: The firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with over 5 years of experience in employment law due to expanding client needs. In this role, you will advocate for clients, striving to achieve the most favorable outcomes in cases involving employee misclassification, violations of wage and hour laws, manipulation of time records, and other infringements of employee rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases independently from initiation through to resolution or trial.
- Represent clients in complex employment law matters.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited top-tier law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wage and hour law.
- Familiarity with PAGA representative actions.

- Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $300,000, depending on experience.
