We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at Cømpass Real Estate in Houston, TX. As a key member of our realty team, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating with agents, and ensuring the efficient execution of real estate transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising administrative assistants, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with marketing teams to produce social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other marketing materials. You will also be responsible for updating MLS listings online, preparing and updating listing materials and marketing collateral, and assisting with client events to enhance client engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with CRM software and database management. A real estate license is preferred but not required.
