Key Responsibilities
  • Guide, educate, and provide thought leadership to delivery teams on DevSecOps practices and framework.
  • Champion the use of DevSecOps as a strategic asset of culture change to enhance the flow of business value to clients.
  • Make informed decisions and determine which tool best fits any given situation based on proficiencies with multiple vendor products.
  • Develop and recommend DevSecOps best practices.
  • Use sophisticated, analytical thought to exercise judgment and design innovative solutions for complex components of the DevSecOps lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering or IT, including at least 4 years of experience in a role with primary responsibility for DevOps Engineering or CI/CD pipeline development, maintenance, and support.
  • Foundational cloud architecture knowledge.
  • Ability to write code.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math, or related degree and 8+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, mainly around Linux and Windows OS, Storage, and Network.
  • Banking or financial services experience.
  • Professional experience with configuration management using tools such as Ansible and scaling at an enterprise level.
