Job Requirements

We're seeking a highly experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead our paving, utility, and road and bridge construction projects. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in paving, utility, and/or road and bridge construction projects
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others, with at least 5 years of experience effectively managing and leading teams
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local agency regulations
