Job Title: Maintenance Porter

As a Maintenance Porter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager or supervisor.
  • Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and other equipment as needed to maintain the facility.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the facility manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
