Maintenance Porter

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Operate various equipment, including sweepers, scrubbers, and other machinery.
• Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the garage, office, and restrooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the facility manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required (if applicable).
