Senior Manager, Operations- Store Fulfillment, Process Design

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement? Do you have experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence? We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our Store Fulfillment Process Design team, where you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing our digital store fulfillment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain processes that are simple, executable, and efficient
  • Manage projects to improve our utilization and efficiency of store associate labor and assets
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and product tech teams to turn on technical features and new processes
  • Drive end-to-end process improvement projects, identifying opportunities, finding solutions, and implementing solutions that allow us to be more efficient in using Walmart's store assets
  • Enable tech capabilities and process design across multiple stakeholder groups to test and later implement across our chain of more than 4,000 stores
  • Make data-driven decisions and interpret insights coming from various initiative sources and have a mindset for synthesizing the insights to make recommendations and decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects
  • Masters, Masters: Operations Management
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
