We are seeking a motivated and organized Receiving Lead to help keep our stockroom running smoothly and ensure our guests have the best shopping experience possible.

In this role, you will:

* Organize and manage inventory, taking charge of receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise to keep our stockroom orderly and efficient.
* Support daily store operations, assisting the store management team with day-to-day tasks and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
* Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring our guests have a seamless, enjoyable experience by keeping the sales floor fully stocked and organized.

Position Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic computer knowledge: Comfortable with basic computer operations to assist with inventory management and related tasks.
  • Stockroom experience: Previous experience in a stockroom or inventory role is required.
  • Positive and welcoming attitude: Must be friendly, engaging, and approachable toward guests, team members, and venue staff.
