This position entails performing inventory management and stockroom duties such as on-site replenishment ordering, disbursements, receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, detrashing, inventory systems management, and other functions according to service level requirements. Additionally, this may include order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, and processing of backorders.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work at customer locations, in office environments including cubicles, laboratories, and/or shipping/receiving docks. They must be able to walk/stand for 60-70% of the day, lift 30-40 pounds consistently, and occasionally lift 50 pounds. Proficiency in material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacks is also required. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to positively represent Unity Lab Services at customer locations.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of confirmed experience in inventory management, customer service, or logistics. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is necessary. A strong desire to serve customers and excellent prioritization and coordination skills to multitask and meet deadlines are also required.
