Position Overview:

We are looking for a Permanent Bilingual Family Law Attorney to enhance our dynamic and rapidly expanding legal team.

This position will concentrate on Family Law, offering expert legal guidance and representation in issues including divorce, custody, mediation, child support, and first-party property.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven history in Family Law.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive legal advice on intricate family law issues, including divorce, custody, mediation, child support, and first-party property.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Conduct detailed case research and analysis to inform clients of their legal rights and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to formulate case strategies and secure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Stay informed on current laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and regulations related to family law.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation through business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law, particularly in divorce, custody, mediation, child support, and first-party property.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
  • Demonstrated courtroom experience with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on amicable dispute resolution.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
