Job Title: Service Lane Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Lane Manager to join our team at Hendrick Toyota Apex. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service and repair of vehicles, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and leading a team of service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the service and repair of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work orders.
  • Lead a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service operations.
  • Monitor and analyze service department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or automotive technology.
  • ASE certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with dealership management systems and other software applications.
