Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills required
- BLS and ALS certification required and maintained
- EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
