Job Description

The Outlet Attendant is responsible for maintaining the comfort stations throughout the day, ensuring they are cleaned, stocked, and sanitized for our guests. This includes assisting members with orders for food and beverage items sold from the grill, driving golf carts to both comfort stations, and serving all guests in a prompt and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive golf carts to comfort stations and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Serve guests in a prompt and friendly manner, handling all sales on course, including delivery of grill items ordered
  • Stock and prepare comfort stations daily, maintaining supplies such as soda, powerades, waters, snack cups, crackers, and chips
  • Keep toiletries and paper goods stocked, communicate with the kitchen to ensure adequate food supplies
  • Clean and shine golf carts, empty trash each evening, and assist bartender with closing duties
Requirements:
  • Friendly and energetic demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours
  • Neat appearance and well-groomed personal hygiene
  • Able to communicate effectively with guests and associates, comprehend reading materials, and maintain proper associate uniform standards and footwear

Physical & Mental Requirements

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, and ascending/descending stairs. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, have the physical strength, stamina, and agility to perform assigned duties, and follow all company and safety policies.
