About the Position
We're seeking a skilled professional with experience in residential maintenance to ensure the seamless operation of our Guest Rooms and common areas. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve any issues that arise. In addition, you will participate in painting, sheetrock repairs, and other general maintenance activities as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on Guest Rooms and common areas
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
  • Document and track maintenance issues and resolutions
  • Assist in controlling inventory par levels and reporting
