Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project planning and scheduling documentation to meet project and client needs.
- Provide scheduling support for both in-house and on-site activities as necessary.
- Assist Team Leads and Project Managers in monitoring project progress against established schedules and budgets.
- Prepare regular management and client reports and presentations as needed.
- Create and update preliminary master schedules before project initiation, outlining the sequence of tasks to be performed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare and submit required building permits.
- Help Project Managers maintain a comprehensive schedule for each project, documenting the impact of completed and outstanding work.
- Assess actual progress and provide timely updates on the schedule.
- Contribute to the development of working schedules for estimating purposes prior to proposal submission.
- Engage with project team members to ensure thorough planning is conducted before work commences.
- Assist Project Managers in creating short-term schedules and monitoring their impact on the overall project timeline.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in scheduling or administrative roles.
- At least one year of experience in permitting processes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable, and a team-oriented mindset, maintaining composure under pressure.
