Project Delivery Expertise

As a seasoned Agile Project Manager at Infojini, you will drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of project plans, release plans, resource allocation, and effective management of project risks, scope, schedule, and delivery of value.

Agile Ceremonies Coordination

You will coordinate Agile Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning, fostering a collaborative environment for the team to thrive.

Progress Tracking and Communication

You will track and communicate the project's progress from a schedule, cost, and risk perspective to the project team, stakeholders, and management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Team Enablement and Protection

You will establish an environment where the teams can be effective, help remove obstacles, protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions, and ensure a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement

You will track and report team velocity and other project metrics, promote continuous improvement, and help teams increase productivity, ensuring the teams are practicing core Agile principles.

Product Backlog Management

You will help Product Owner and team with Product backlog management, ensuring the teams are equipped to deliver value to the customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of software development life cycle models, expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices, and strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. You will also need strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to analyze and document business and system processes, balance competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost, and work with customers to understand their business practices and manage their expectations. Additionally, you will need expertise with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office, experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Team Foundation Server, JIRA, Version One, etc., and PMP and CSM Certifications. Experience with SAFe framework is also required, and SAFe Certification is preferred.
