About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our team at Wahoo's Fish Taco. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare menu items following established recipes and yield guides to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Kitchen Safety and Maintenance: Understand and apply the correct use of kitchen equipment to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain and adhere to state and city health code regulations to ensure compliance and prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for quality, quantity, presentation, and temperature.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Skillset: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
