About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our CFO Advisory Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and preparation of pro-forma financial information. You'll also work closely with clients to provide guidance on US GAAP and SEC requirements, including accounting research, documentation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decisions.
  • US GAAP and SEC Reporting: Provide technical expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting, including accounting research, documentation, and presentation.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate external financial reports to clients, auditors, or the SEC, including the preparation, review, submission, and distribution of periodic financial reports.
  • Accounting and Financial Services: Assist in the design and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures, and assess and improve financial accounting close processes.
  • Client Support: Liaise with clients and external auditors to assist with audit preparation, and provide guidance on financial matters.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another Business-related field.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in a public accounting firm and operational accounting role.
  • A strong and up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP, with deep technical understanding of topics such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, lease transactions, purchase accounting, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA license.
