Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
  • Provide skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
  • Assess and document patient's progress and communicate with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
  • Provide input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
