Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

At Home Creations, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts across multiple entities, including Home Creations and Colony Fine Homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage content for our websites, ensuring all information is accurate and current for Home Creations, Glenwood Homes, and Colony Fine Homes.
  • Develop and maintain promotional landing pages to enhance our online marketing efforts.
  • Optimize website content for SEO, with the help of outside SEO partnerships.
  • Coordinate and order all signage, as needed, including corrugated signs, real estate signs, billboards, barricades, etc.
  • Track and manage marketing materials and supplies.
  • Order promotional items (swag) for marketing initiatives, including but not limited to; t-shirts, miscellaneous giveaway items, pens, closing gifts, bridal show materials, etc.
  • Process and track invoices for all entities, ensuring timely payments and record-keeping.
  • Order and organize yearly gifts for homeowners, realtors, and staff.
  • Order and maintain stationery supplies, such as letterheads, business cards, thank you cards, envelopes, etc.
  • Oversee and coordinate the donation of water bottles for community events, as needed.
  • Provide support in planning and executing marketing events as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for a variety of yearly campaigns, including Parade of Homes, Toys for Tots, Reader's Choice, etc.
  • Ability to create design assets as needed, including but not limited to marketing materials for partnerships, social media graphics, market home color collages, colored floor plans, etc.
  • Monitor and post responses to reviews on Google, Gather Up, and Yelp to maintain our online reputation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field (journalism, marketing, advertising, or communications) and 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
  • Must submit a portfolio of relevant work that demonstrates graphic and content style (creative, flow, sentence structure, grammar and punctuation).
  • Writing and attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.
  • Knowledge of graphic design process and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of computer applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suites InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva).
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment:

Climate-controlled office environment. Noise level moderately quiet. Exposure to outdoor work sites; dirt, dust, fumes, heat, cold, noise, odors, wetness, humidity, and darkness. Some bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, crawling, lifting, carrying, and walking. Subject to driving to various locations in varying weather conditions. Walking on uneven surfaces in varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands: Occasionally required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop or kneel. Must be able to carry equipment up to 50 lbs. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Tools and Equipment: Computer (must know both Mac & PC platforms), telephone and general office equipment.
