Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services. As a RN, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for our residents. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and support to residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.
  • Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, such as the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
