POSITION OVERVIEW
Assist the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Multi-Tenant Sales Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuously promote initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining the customer journey.
Accountable for achieving and surpassing established sales targets.
Lead a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and may oversee additional sales personnel as needed.
Conduct recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training for Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
The role will involve approximately 70% field engagement and 30% administrative tasks.
Assign territories to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate commission payments.
Address employee relations matters, including performance evaluations, coaching, and safety training.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and contribute insights on marketing strategies and sales promotions.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Familiarity with Community Sales methodologies.
Possession of a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record in accordance with company standards, and auto insurance.
Required Education
A bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Preferred experience in a supervisory sales role.
Experience in the telecommunications and cable sector is advantageous.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Familiarity with the company's products and services is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Combination of fieldwork and office setting.
Travel may be necessary.
