This role encompasses various tasks that facilitate the sales operations within our retail environment, including processing transactions, managing merchandise, and maintaining an organized stockroom.


KEY FUNCTIONS:
  • Efficiently processes merchandise, ensuring items are correctly stored, tagged, and easily accessible for restocking on the sales floor.
  • Timely merchandising of new products to ensure they are prominently displayed.
  • Accurately enters receiving documents into the inventory system and reconciles invoices with received items.
  • Handles visual merchandising materials, ensuring they are processed and stored appropriately.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns as necessary.
  • Communicates with management regarding cash supply requirements.
  • Assists in visual merchandising tasks, including store layouts and signage.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization within the boutique.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
  • Embodies and promotes the principles of exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Facilitates a quick and efficient checkout process, staying informed on payment policies and procedures.
  • Encourages purchasing decisions at the register and meets sales goals, including promoting gift card sales.
  • Enlists customers in loyalty programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
