About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a full-time Private Duty Care Specialist. As a Private Duty LPN, you will provide specialized care to patients in their homes, focusing on G-tube, trach, and vent management.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Expert Care: Provide high-quality care to patients, including G-tube, trach, and vent management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly with doctors, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements
  • Active LPN License: Possess an active LPN license in Tennessee.
