As a Product Development Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Implement and oversee change management for product design changes to improve quality, supply, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead the resolution of product quality issues and implement future preventions
  • Utilize resources and experts to create impactful design changes for existing products, maximizing customer satisfaction and business success
  • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and identify, develop, and commercialize new opportunities for our Building and Construction Platform
  • Create intellectual property to grow and protect new proprietary technology products and platforms


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Three years of Product Engineering, Product Development, or Manufacturing Engineering experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Additional qualifications include a Master's or PhD in disciplines like Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, as well as experience with statistics, pilot and scale-up manufacturing, and new product commercialization


Work Environment:


This role is based in St. Paul, MN, and may require up to 15% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.
