Program Manager - Child & Adolescent Outpatient Services

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of behavioral health services for minors at our Emery Hwy location. As a Program Manager, you will supervise clinicians, communicate with referral sources, school staff, and parents, ensuring programs are clinically efficient and fiscally responsible.

  • Monitoring and implementing compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines for funding and credentialing bodies.
  • Providing individual and family therapy in-clinic and out-of-clinic settings.
  • Completing behavior health assessments for child and adolescent clients.
  • Managing budgets, authorizations, billing, staffing patterns, and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional with a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. A full clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is preferred. At least four years of experience in providing behavioral health services and supervisory experience are also preferred.
