The primary responsibility of the Community Enrichment Facilitator is to assist the supervisor in planning and executing a variety of individual and group activities for residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to residents, family members, visitors, and responsible parties
  • Follow company policies and program guidelines while leading activities
  • Assist in delivering a comprehensive range of activities seven days a week
  • Support transportation needs when necessary
  • Collaborate with vendors for external programs
  • Facilitate various activities and adapt schedules as needed
  • Train and mentor volunteers assisting with activities
  • Contribute to the planning and decoration of events and holidays
  • Organize family functions and weekly outings
  • Identify and prepare materials for scheduled activities
  • Assist with transportation for outings and group excursions
  • Operate company vehicles for resident activities when required
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
  • Proficient in English communication

Work Environment

This position operates within a Senior Living Community setting, which may involve exposure to certain risks such as communicable diseases, chemicals, and pets.
