Job Summary

DESE Research, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SCRM, providing in-depth technical analysis to support the Army's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Threat Identification: Identify potential threats and areas of risk to the Army's current and developmental weapon systems through SCRM vendor and component analysis.
  • System Analysis: Analyze and decompose complex systems from documentation and input from engineering subject matter experts to identify system functionality and critical components.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research and identify areas of risks, threats, and vulnerabilities to vendors and components, compiling and presenting findings to customers through various efforts within the Army.
  • Communication and Presentation: Prepare multi-disciplinary reports and presentation materials to brief significant assessment findings in-person and via video conference settings.
  • Process Improvement: Provide insight into opportunities for process improvements and apply SCRM research and methodologies towards Operational Security missions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Five years of related work experience with four being directly related to execution of criticality analysis, program protection, and/or SCRM.
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in decomposition and analysis of weapon systems with a focus on Information Communication Technology (ICT), understanding of Trusted Systems and Networks (TSN) Analysis, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Certifications: Current Secret level clearance.
