Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our restaurant team during scheduled shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. If you're a natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control inventory, managing stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to achieve business objectives, sharing best practices and expertise to drive success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
