As a vital member of our laboratory team, Mobile Blood Collection Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring patient care and safety. You are the first point of contact regarding patient safety and the reliability of the samples you collect.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of phlebotomy training and possession of a valid Florida or national certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of ongoing phlebotomy experience with a demonstrated history of accuracy and reliability.
  • Experience in working with elderly patients and those with challenging venous access.
  • Ability to utilize your personal vehicle for travel to assisted living facilities and patients' residences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, coupled with a commitment to contribute to business growth.

Work Environment:

We are an independent diagnostic laboratory located in Tampa, FL, seeking experienced independent contractors who are enthusiastic about establishing a mobile blood collection service in the region. Our goal is to deliver exceptional quality services to healthcare providers and their patients.

The majority of blood draws occur at Assisted Living Facilities during early morning hours, typically between 5-8 a.m., with additional house calls for Home Health Agency collections throughout the day.

Compensation Structure:

Payment is provided per facility visit and per house call.

Note: Candidates must be available for early morning shifts and have access to a personal vehicle.
