Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel transactions during evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of hotel transactions, including room assignments, folios, and payment processing.
- Process check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient service to guests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel transactions, including financial reports and statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Desk and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hotel transactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related role, such as accounting or auditing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
