We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist to join our team at the Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Corcoran, CA. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients in a correctional setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver dental care services to patients, including preventive care, restorative care, and emergency care.
- Work under the supervision of the Supervising Dentist to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in performance management activities to continuously improve the Inmate Dental Services Program.
- Delegate responsibilities to dental assistants and hygienists as needed.
- Maintain order and supervise the conduct of inmates to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Possession of a valid license to practice dentistry in California.
- Graduation from an approved dental school.
- Ability to work in a correctional setting and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
