We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist PRN to join our team at Children's Hospital Colorado. As a Speech Language Pathologist PRN, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations and intervention programs for children with speech, language, learning, feeding/swallowing, or hearing disorders in all settings, including inpatient, outpatient, outreach, and telehealth programs.
Responsibilities:- Complete diagnostic evaluations and intervention programs for children with speech, language, learning, feeding/swallowing, or hearing disorders.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to ensure the continuum of care for the child and optimal clinical services.
- Participate in systematic, planned professional development to improve the clinical, educational, research, and advocacy goals of the department and hospital.
- Provide developmentally appropriate intervention services consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology and department quality assurance standards.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR; American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-Speech-Language Pathologist.
- State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Expertise in assisting with feeding and swallowing challenges spanning from birth to 21 years of age.
The Speech Language Pathologist PRN will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Children's Colorado delivers annual base pay increases to eligible team members based on their performance over the previous year. If organizational goals are met for the year, the bonus is paid out the following April.
