We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator RN to join our team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a key member of our clinical specialty department, you will play a vital role in coordinating personnel and resources to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations to optimize departmental efficiency.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting clinical services, ensuring compliance with accreditation, legal, and Joint Commission requirements.
- Perform quality assurance studies and implement QA/QI initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards.
- Associate degree in nursing or Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
- 4 years of healthcare experience, with a focus on critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
