Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of components and finished medical device products using various tools and equipment to ensure conformance with design specifications.
  • Conduct functional testing of finished medical device products using automated and manual testing equipment to verify compliance with design specifications.
  • Review and follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate recording of traceable information on device history records and entry of data into our JDE system.
  • Verify manufacturing documents against component and device drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • May be responsible for inventory control to ensure proper storage conditions and movement.
  • May train colleagues from other sites on inspection techniques and review their work output.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; no prior experience is necessary, but preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use applicable tools and equipment, hand-eye coordination, and high manual dexterity.
  • Familiarity with basic inspection procedures and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide feedback to colleagues.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer skills are preferred.
  • Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English fluently.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
