Role Summary

  • The Electrical Superintendent oversees field operations for designated projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and profitably.
  • This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising specific segments of construction work within an assigned area. The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating the electrical scheduling of subcontractors to ensure all contractual obligations are met, maintaining job progress, and optimizing efficiencies.
  • Key responsibilities include managing various project activities such as raceway installation, cable tray assembly, electrical panel setup, duct bank construction, grounding, switchgear installation, transformer management, low and medium voltage equipment handling, wiring, motor operations, heat tracing, and instrumentation calibration and testing.
  • Accommodation costs are covered for this role, which focuses on the Heavy Industrial sector.
  • Projects span across multiple industries including Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Food Processing.
  • Experience with medium voltage systems is essential, while high voltage experience is advantageous.
  • Candidates should have a background in Heavy Industrial settings, particularly in Natural Gas, Power Plants, and Manufacturing Facilities.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with consideration for senior candidates who have held General Foreman positions.
  • The ideal candidate will currently hold a Superintendent title.
  • Multiple openings are anticipated in the upcoming quarters.
  • Per diem for mobilization is set at a minimum of $135, applicable for 7 days a week, with potential increases for ongoing travel.
  • Interviews will be conducted via video.
