Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Bartender at Gustav's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and preparing drinks to perfection. You must have previous experience as a bartender, knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from customers and prepare drinks in a timely manner
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the bar area
• Keep accurate tabs and provide change to guests
• Memorize house cocktail recipes and specifications
• Collect customer payments and process transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender
• Ability to shake, stir, and strain different types of cocktails
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
• Able to maintain quality and speed during peak hours
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
