Mixology Expert

Amaro's Table, a renowned hospitality company, is seeking an exceptional Mixology Expert to join its team. As a key member of our bartending team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences while crafting innovative cocktails.

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual who is knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including food, wine, beer, and cocktails. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Create and serve signature cocktails using innovative techniques and seasonal ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain high-quality standards

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and classic cocktails
• Ability to multitask efficiently, managing multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and carry trays

• Competitive salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
