Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist II to join our team at Chickasaw Nation Industries Inc. This role will provide support to the PM IEN Human Resources office, assisting in various functional areas in support of civilian government and military personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute in-processing, out-processing, and on-boarding actions for new employees.
  • Update newcomers briefing and plan quarterly to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Track and report completion of civilian Contribution-Based Compensation and Appraisal System performance evaluations.
  • Track and report military officer evaluation reports for military personnel.
  • Process and track civilian and military hiring actions, including maintaining organizational charts and emergency contact rosters.
  • Prepare official correspondence within the guidelines prescribed in AR 25-50 and be well-versed in Army correspondence practices.
  • Track mandatory training for Government personnel and report on completion.
  • Track and report Office of Government Ethics -450 database.
  • Process and track civilian and military awards and award presentation materials.
  • Serve as backup for all other HR tasking and reporting.
  • Assist with planning and execution of PM IEN Equal Employee Observances and Moral and Welfare events.
  • Execute Timekeeper functions in the Automated Time Attendance and Production System and serve as Backup Timekeeper for PM IEN.
  • Enter data in Isolated Personnel Report system for personnel who cannot access the system and notify PM IEN Security Manager when ready for review.
  • Process and track Theater Clearance Requests/Country Clearance Requests.
  • Process Visitor Authorization Requests for personnel through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant work experience, or seven (7) years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience interacting with Army stakeholders supporting similar scope and scale of services is preferred.
  • Experience working successfully within a mature shared services-based capability for enterprise-level customers is preferred.
