Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing insightful analysis and support to enhance customer experience across various Latin American markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver analytical and ad-hoc support aimed at improving customer retention rates across different Latin American countries.
- Utilize SQL and Tableau to create visual representations of customer payment trends and suggest strategies to enhance Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
- Conduct price elasticity assessments through A/B testing methodologies to analyze consumer demand fluctuations in response to pricing adjustments.
- Develop reporting tools that assist field operations in interpreting customer satisfaction surveys and monitoring essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline with at least 6 months of experience in SQL/PL SQL, or a Bachelor's degree in a similar field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL/PL SQL.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Python (including Jupyter Notebooks and Spyder), and relevant Python libraries such as Pandas and Matplotlib. Familiarity with EXCEL VBA, QGIS, Power BI, and machine learning techniques is essential.
