  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling products, to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to oversee the implementation of solutions and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or application engineering, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transformers and switchgear products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project sites.
