Key Duties:
  • Organize and streamline workflows and timelines for the engineering team.
  • Guarantee that all outputs align with client expectations and comply with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site assessments and address any construction-related challenges.
  • Anticipate project demands and communicate necessary resources effectively.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Guide and develop a team of engineering professionals.
  • Oversee employee training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineering license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is advantageous.
