Accommodation Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at Kampgrounds of America. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our properties, including private offices, public common areas, and accommodations. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and styling accommodation rooms, replenishing guest rooms with amenities and supplies, taking ownership of resolving guest challenges, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of private offices, public common areas, and accommodations
* Clean and style accommodation rooms, meeting brand expectations
* Replenish guest rooms with amenities and supplies
* Take ownership of resolving guest challenges
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in various climates. A valid driver's license is also required.
